1. Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:
- If you receive an incorrect item or order.
- If the product is damaged upon delivery.
2. Reporting Issues
To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must notify us within 4 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at yanzsweetstuff@gmail.com / 1(868) 317-1129. The item must be returned to Yanz Sweet Stuff before any return, refund, or exchange can be processed. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Photographs of the product
3. Refund/Exchange Process
Once we receive your request, we will review the information and respond within 1-2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will offer the following options:
- Refund: Issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchange: A replacement product will be arranged based on availability.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Orders not picked up within the specified pickup window.
- Items that were not stored properly after delivery or pickup.
- Custom or special orders unless they were damaged by Yanz Sweet Stuff or incorrect.
- Items damaged during transit while in the customer’s possession.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested before the Thursday 7 PM order cut-off time.
- Cancellations made after the cut-off time are non-refundable, as we begin preparing your order immediately after this time.
