Hey friends hey!
To the persons I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Ayanna but my friends call me Yanz and so can you :)
I grew up in Central Trinidad and developed a love for baking from a very young age. My grandmother would give me freedom in the kitchen every weekend and I would let her taste every item until they were perfected. I am the holder of an Associate Degree in Culinary Management. I enjoy working with my hands and also enjoy candle making and other crafty stuff.
As the face behind the brand, I thoroughly enjoy creating something from nothing. The excitement I see and feel from others make every minute worthwhile. My aim is to surpass your expectations! Every item is made with love and it is my duty to ensure you have a memorable and long-lasting experience.

"I had the 'Yanz experience' when I first took a bite of that Ponche de Creme Cheesecake. Listen, I barely got through my lunch as I was so anxious to have the cake, I intentionally left room to have this decadent dessert.
First off, beautiful presentation. It felt like it was a personalized gourmet treat just for me. Perfectly sized, not too much to make de waist expand, not too little to feel deprived but just enough to savour the taste.
Each bite was soft, moist, and melts in your mouth, it felt...sinful lol.
The highlight was the silky smooth Ponche de Creme layer on top, which seeps into the cheesecake, infusing it with a rich, creamy flavour that elevates the entire experience ooohhh, never had it like that before! It's a delightful twist on a classic treat."
